Video Session Hardware Requirements

A working microphone and camera are required for video sessions. Sessions are connected using the video chat service from meetings.io.

Follow the instructions below to test your audio and video hardware:

  1. Navigate to meetings.io
  2. Click Get a Meeting Room
  3. Click Enter Room
  4. Enter a Name
  5. If prompted, allow peer 2 peer connections
  6. If prompted, allow access to camera & microphone
  7. If prompted by the web browser, allow access to camera and microphone
  8. Click the settings button and ensure that Mic & Camera are detected and functional.
